Tim Fuller
Sheriff
Sheriff Fuller was employed by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office September 1st, 1985 as a deputy sheriff. Sheriff Fuller served as a deputy and a sergeant until 1988 when he was promoted to criminal investigator and in 1990 was promoted to Captain of Investigations.
Sheriff Fuller graduated the F.B.I. National Academy class number 186 in 1996. He continued to work in Investigations until March of 2001 when he was promoted to Chief Deputy. Sheriff Fuller was elected Sheriff of Franklin County in 2006.
Brent Perry

Beginning as a patrolman for the city of Decherd, Tennessee in 1989 then moving to the Tullahoma Police Department in 1990 and eventually accepting the job as Chief Deputy with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office in 2007, Chief Perry over the course of his 25 year career has worked as a patrolman, K-9 handler, narcotics officer, supervisor of the drug investigation division, and worked in the criminal investigations division as well. Chief Perry has also attended many specialized training schools with a focus on narcotics investigations and SWAT Operations and currently serves as the SWAT team commander for the Sheriff’s Office.
